Refunds and Cancellations

This policy applies to services sold by Rekha Labs, trading as LeftOnHold Labs, and paid for through Razorpay or bank transfer.

Pricing

Every engagement is quoted in writing before any payment. A quote has two parts: a one-time setup fee for building and testing your agent, and a monthly usage fee based on call minutes. Both are stated in Indian Rupees, exclusive of GST where applicable.

Cancelling before go-live

You may cancel at any point before the agent goes live. If you cancel within 7 days of paying the setup fee and before we have started the Listen phase, the setup fee is refunded in full. After work has started, we refund the setup fee less the work completed, itemised on your final invoice.

Cancelling after go-live

Monthly service can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice to hello@leftonhold.com. You pay for usage up to the end of the notice period. Setup fees are not refundable once the agent is live.

Duplicate or incorrect charges

If you are charged twice, or for an amount that does not match your quote, tell us within 30 days and we refund the difference in full.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, or to the bank account the payment came from. Razorpay refunds usually reach you within 5 to 7 working days. We confirm every refund by email when it is issued.
